Victoria Mendiola

Victoria Mendiola serves as the Director of Communications at We Are Blood since May 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing multi-channel communications and marketing efforts aimed at encouraging blood donations to support over 50 hospitals and clinics in Central Texas. Prior to this role, Victoria held various positions at the Austin Independent School District, including Strategic Coordinator for Social Emotional Wellness and Communications Coordinator for SEL, where contributions involved strategic planning and communication management. Earlier experience encompasses roles as Marketing Manager and eMarketing Specialist at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Public Relations Specialist at Altru Health System, and Communications Coordinator at Agency MABU. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Mary.
