Ashley Terrell Smithey

Ashley Terrell Smithey currently serves as Vice President of New Ventures at Copper, a position held since 2023, following a role as Senior Director of New Ventures. From 2021 to 2024, Ashley worked as a Senior Manager in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company, leading commercial due diligence and growth strategy projects for private equity clients in the consumer and tech sectors. Prior to this, Ashley advised on M&A strategy for a large family office in 2023 and held director and consultant roles at EY-Parthenon, focusing on private equity and growth strategy from 2018 to 2021.
