Nicole Maki Osterhout

Nicole Maki Osterhout has held a variety of roles since 2003. Nicole began their career as a Front Desk Assistant at Northern Michigan University in 2003, followed by a Museum Tour Guide at the City of Sault Ste Marie(MI) and an Ad Set Team & Truck Unloader at Kohl's Department Stores. Nicole then worked as an Assistant Manager at Hungry Howie's Pizza, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2013, they were a Customer Service Representative, Team Lead, and Customer Service Manager at Call One, Incorporated. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Client Services Manager at WSOL, followed by roles as an Agile Process Manager and Traffic Manager at Diagram from 2015 to present.

Nicole Maki Osterhout obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & International Studies from Northern Michigan University in 2006. Nicole then obtained a Certificate in Telecommunications from DePaul University in 2009. In 2020, they obtained a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Mountain Goat Software and in 2021, they obtained a Professional Agile Leadership I certification from Scrum.org.
