Adrian Taylor has worked in the customer service and operations industry since 2009. Adrian began their career at Reed Recruitment (Lloyds Banking Group) as a Collections Specialist in 2009. Adrian then moved to Apex Credit Management in 2012 as a Customer Support Consultant, where they were the point of contact with numerous external clients and agencies. In 2016, they joined First Utility as a Customer Advisor, where they answered both inbound and outbound queries from customers and a number of outsourced companies. Adrian then joined We Are Digital Training Ltd in 2016 as a Project Officer, and later became an Operations Coordinator, where they organised and booked IT courses for housing association tenants from all over England. During their time at We Are Digital, they improved attendance at courses by over 100%.
Adrian Taylor attended the University of Chester from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a degree in business studies, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In December 2021, they obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PRINCE2 - ATHEM - A empresa nacional mais especializada em AXELOS.
