Daniel McMahon has worked in a variety of roles in the service delivery and project management space. Daniel began their career in 2008 as a Project Manager for Mayridge Group Ltd., where they worked on the company's largest account, J.P. Morgan. In 2014, they joined Whiteroom Brand Design as an Account Handler/Project Manager, where they were responsible for taking projects through their life cycle, from receiving briefs from clients to managing onsite delivery. In 2020, they joined We Are Digital Training as Head of Service Delivery, where they were responsible for ensuring delivery of all contract requirements are met across all business as usual contracts, collaborating with and supporting other functions to enable the reporting and analysis of operational data, and maintaining positive internal and external facing client relationships.

Daniel McMahon attended Coventry University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a BSc in Industrial Product Design. In 2006 and 2007, they attended Warwickshire College and obtained a CAD 3D Solidworks degree in Civil Drafting and Civil Engineering CAD/CADD. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Warwickshire College again, this time to obtain a French Beginners degree in French Language and Literature. Daniel has also been enrolled in an Introduction to Bricklaying course at WCG since 2006. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained three certifications - Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute in 2020, Level 3 Award Safety for Managers from NCRQ National Compliance and Risk Qualifications in 2020, and an APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management from the Association for Project Management in 2011.
