James Adam

James Adam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James started their career as a Director at Coopers & Lybrand and Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, where they worked from 1982 to 1996. Following that, they served as a Principal Consultant at IBM Global Services from 1996 to 2001. James then joined Fiserv Europe as the Head of Business Management Consultancy Services from 2001 to 2003. From 2002 to 2005, they were the Managing Director Banking at GlobalFi. In 2009, they became the Business Manager at The Children's Family Trust, and held that role until 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they worked as the Finance Director at Silver Training IT Ltd. James then became the General Manager at We are Digital Training Ltd in 2018, and continued in this role until 2020. Additionally, James Adam founded JA Associates in 2003, where they have served as the CEO since then. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Stunning Stills from 2000 onwards.

James Adam attended The University of Edinburgh from 1967 to 1971, where they obtained a BSC in Electronics & Electrical Engineering. From 1971 to 1974, they enrolled at ICAEW and earned a degree as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, specializing in Accountancy & Finance. In addition to their formal education, James Adam also obtained a certification in Foundations of Programming: Databases from lynda.com in May 2014.
