Simeon Douglas

Simeon Douglas has over eight years of experience in the field of business development. In 2022, they began their role as Head of Partnerships and Delivery Network for We Are Digital, where they operate at all levels from the day-to-day operational elements of the role through to the longer-term development and implementation of a strategic plan. In 2020, they began their role as Estate Partnership Manager for InPost UK, where they were responsible for building and executing Partnership Success Plans for the InPost locker network. Simeon also facilitated co-marketing discussions on locker activations and campaigns that drove awareness of the partnership and increased footfall to the locker/ landlord. In 2019, they were a Commercial Business Development Manager at OYO UK, where they analysed statistics and data to develop a deep understanding of the independent hotel sector and acquire new partners for the OYO Hotel and Technology Franchise. In 2018, they were a National Business Development Manager at Collette, where they managed over 500 travel accounts nationwide. From 2014 to 2018, they held various roles at Blue Square People, including Samsung Area Development Manager and Samsung Retail Sales and Marketing Specialist. As Area Development Manager, they were responsible for formulating the commercial and strategic area plan for the Midlands, of premium device sales growth, across key channel retail partners for the mobile division of Samsung. As Retail Sales and Marketing Specialist, they were responsible for designing and driving marketing campaigns and bespoke sales strategies for Samsung mobile division across a designated retail estate.

Simeon Douglas has a diverse educational background. Simeon began their studies in 2006 at Sandwell Academy 6th Form, where they completed their A Levels. Simeon then attended Nottingham Trent University from 2008 to 2012, earning their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law with Criminology. In 2023, they began their Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Aston University and is expected to graduate in 2025.
