Irina Ticea

Irina Ticea has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. In 2012, they completed an internship at Fastsell srl, where they worked as an IT Technical Support intern, handling contract processing and data entry tasks. Irina then moved on to work as a Personal Assistant part-time at Romital s.r.l., where they assisted with data management, IT support, and event coordination. In 2014, they joined Hotel Regency Milan 4* as a Guest Service Agent, taking on responsibilities such as check-in/out operations, reservations, and revenue management. Simultaneously, they worked at Miki Travel as a FIT Reservation Agent, where they processed bookings and managed correspondence with suppliers. As a freelance translator, they worked with MPR Marketing Research Partners before starting a role as a Booking Office Coordinator at Voyage Privé in 2018. Irina later joined We Are Era, initially serving as a Junior Business Administration Manager, then moving up to become a Business Administration Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Office Manager at We Are Era. Irina Ticea obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Travel Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Università Bocconi from 2007 to 2009, where they studied BSc Economics and Social Sciences. In 2012, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Tourism Management from the University of Westminster. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including an IELTS Certificate from the British Council, Esol Examinations in May 2012, a Certificate of Attendance from LSBF School of English in March 2011, and an ECDL Certificate from ECDL Foundation in March 2008.
