Arjan van der Schoor

Arjan van der Schoor has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. In 2019, they founded the We ARE Recruitment Group, which includes several brands specializing in different niches such as renewables, information technology, life sciences, and workforce. Arjan also established We ARE Sourcing in 2021 to support the sourcing needs of the group's companies. In 2018, Arjan founded We ARE IT, which was focused on providing recruitment services with a personal touch. Arjan was also involved in SIRE Engineering and SIRE IT, subsidiary companies affiliated with SIRE Life Sciences. Before that, Arjan held various roles at SIRE Life Sciences, including Director Europe and Director for the Benelux and DACH regions. Throughout their career, Arjan has emphasized the importance of delivering excellent service to clients and combining industry passion with recruitment expertise.

Arjan van der Schoor attended Nyenrode Business University in 2017, where they studied Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005. Arjan'seducation history also includes attending Vrije school from 1993 to 2002. Arjan's studies in Management, Economics, and Law were at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
