Mark de Koeijer is an experienced professional in the recruitment and operational management sectors, currently serving as Operational Director and Partner at We ARE Renewables since July 2020. Mark has a robust background in recruitment, having previously held roles including Teamlead Recruitment and Senior Recruitment Consultant at ALL NRG A/S, and Supervisor Operations at Prior Group. Mark's experience extends to Business Development Management at Mane Contract Services, with a strong focus on client acquisition and account management in various industries, including offshore wind, oil and gas, and maritime. Mark holds a Master of Science in Management from Open Universiteit and a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics from Avans University of Applied Sciences, along with several internships in marketing and sales.
