Valmir Shala is the Managing Director & Founder of We ARE Recruitment Group, which includes companies specializing in renewables, infotech, life sciences, and sourcing. With extensive experience in the recruitment industry, Valmir also has a background in business development, client acquisition, and offshore recruitment. Prior to founding We ARE Recruitment Group, Valmir held roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Team Manager at different companies. Valmir holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
