Betty Beyene

Betty Beyene currently serves as Vice President of Product Development at Patrick Ta Beauty since April 2024 and is a member of WE ARE THE BOARD, where experts connect brands with curated talent to enhance growth. Previously, Betty founded Alem, an intuitive product development studio, leading it from September 2018 to April 2024. Betty’s extensive experience in product development includes serving as Executive Director of Global Product Development & Marketing at NARS Cosmetics and holding various leadership roles at MAC Cosmetics and L'Oreal Paris, spanning from Senior Manager to Intern in New Product Development. Betty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising from Bauder College.
