Kailu Guan

Kailu Guan currently serves as the Managing Partner at Solvia Foundry and holds positions as a Member at WE ARE THE BOARD and Advisor at Flower Knows Cosmetics. Since June 2017, Kailu has been the Co-Founder and COO of HelloAva, a platform that offers personalized skincare solutions using algorithms and dermatological expertise. Previous roles include Consultant for U.S. Growth and Expansion at PSYTONE, Growth & Marketing at Popshop Live, and Co-Founder of KG Projects, which focused on tech-enabled fashion through augmented and virtual reality. Kailu was recognized as a CFDA+ Design Graduate and has experience as an Innovator in Residence at XRC Labs and as a CoLab Fellow at IDEO. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from Parsons School of Design and a year at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London.
