Rachel Roberts Mattox is a seasoned brand developer and go-to-market strategist with extensive experience in building and launching successful brands across various industries. Currently serving as a Brand Developer and Advisor since June 2022, Rachel utilizes a vast network of professionals to curate optimal project teams for seamless omni-channel executions. As a founding member of WE ARE THE BOARD, Rachel collaborates with C-level consultants in direct-to-consumer retail and lifestyle sectors. Previously, as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Oyl + Water, Rachel specialized in brand strategy and communications. Additional experience includes leadership roles in digital marketing at Juice Beauty, global brand development at Perricone MD, and management positions within the spa and hospitality sectors. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and furthered education at Columbia Business School.
