Tim Shea is the Founder and CEO of Latticework Insights, launched in January 2018, addressing data integration challenges faced by DTC companies. In January 2024, Tim became a member and Fractional Chief Data Officer at WE ARE THE BOARD, a community of fractional experts connecting brands with top talent for business transformation. Previous experience includes roles at Canvs TV as Director of Agency Partnerships, where Tim focused on positioning emotional data as a currency for the TV buying industry, and DataSift as Senior Director of Agency Partnerships, establishing partnerships within major agency holding companies. Tim's entrepreneurial background includes founding WhatsGood, a mobile platform for restaurants, and leading tech initiatives at TBWA\Chiat\Day. Tim holds a BA in Sociology from Tufts University, obtained in 1999.
