Ashley Callahan has a diverse work experience in the field of autism services and education. Ashley started their career in 2011 as a Party Host at House of Bounce and gained experience working with children. In 2015, they worked as a Nursery Employee at The Atlantic Club. In 2016, they became a Clinical Intern at Georgian Court University, further expanding their knowledge in the field.
Ashley joined ESS | Source4Teachers in 2016 as a Substitute Teacher, where they gained experience in a classroom setting. In 2017, they worked at BuildNCare as a Behavior Therapist, helping children with autism develop their behavioral skills.
In 2018, Ashley joined WeCare Autism Services as a Behavioral Therapist and later became a Therapist at Graham Behavior Services, LLC, where they provided therapy to individuals with autism. Ashley continued to develop their expertise in the field and was promoted to the Director of Training and Curriculum Development at WeCare Autism Services in 2020, a role they held until 2022 when they became the Clinical Director at WE Care Autism Services.

Ashley Callahan's education history begins in 2008 when they graduated from Howell High School with a High School Diploma, specializing in Special Education and Teaching. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Georgian Court University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs. Following that, they enrolled at Caldwell University in 2017 and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Ashley is pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Caldwell University, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023.
