We-Collab | Equity Strategy
We-Collab is an equity strategy consulting firm that creates tangible and transformative solutions for philanthropies, national advocacy and member-based organizations, and other mission aligned entities that are aiming to shift outcomes for communities of color. We work to build capacity for organizations that want to understand and impact population-level changes and start with the internal deep work required to implement an external equity first strategy. Simply stated, we help uncover and identify your unique assets that allow equity to be possible. While we discuss equity broadly to include the full spectrum of diversity (LGBTQ+, Gender, Geographic, Ableism, Socioeconomic, Race/Ethnicity), our work emphasizes a racial justice lens and our specific focus is on population groups that have a history of experiencing discrimination and underinvestment. As data indicates, this includes but is not limited to Black and Brown communities and other communities with lower socioeconomic statuses. Our company was built upon lived experience and is rooted in expertise navigating policy and organizational structure at national, state, and local levels. And in everything that we do, we remain grounded in our why – because we want to live in a world where doing what’s equitable isn’t just a consideration, it's a norm.
