CA Manish Rathi is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Operations at EvolveX since April 2024, where responsibilities include developing strategies for supporting early-stage startups through funding and mentorship. As a founding member of We Founder Circle since September 2020, CA Rathi has demonstrated expertise in executing startup funding transactions and negotiating investor agreements. Prior to these roles, CA Rathi was part of the General Partner Team at 9Unicorns from August 2019 to May 2022, where extensive experience in investor closure was gained, and served as Vice President at The Financial Supermarket from September 2018 to August 2020, leading profitable departments in business consulting. CA Rathi started a career as a Senior Credit Manager at Bank of Baroda, accumulating significant experience in corporate finance and management over seven years. Academically, CA Rathi holds several prestigious qualifications, including Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, along with specialized certifications from IBBI and other esteemed institutions.
