Justine Lambert

Justine Lambert has a diverse work experience starting as a Production Assistant Intern at Profirst International in 2013. Justine then worked at Decathlon, first as a Department Manager, later as a Happiness Customer Coordinator, and finally as an HR Manager on an international mission. In 2016, they joined Generations Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, where they managed recruitment processes and provided account management services for various clients. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Accenture Belgium, initially as a Technology Recruitment Lead & Senior Recruiter, and later as a Team Lead Recruitment - Belux. Currently, they are the Head of HR at We Invest Real Estate.

Justine Lambert completed their Bachelor's degree in Art History at Université libre de Bruxelles from 2009 to 2013. Justine further pursued their education at Ichec Brussels Management School, where they obtained an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2018 to 2019.
