Phil Simons

Phil Simons has a diverse work experience in the field of learning design and eLearning operations. Phil started their career in 1992 at Yardstick Software Inc. as an eLearning Operations Manager and held this role until 2020. In 2019, they also took on the role of Director of Learning Design at Yardstick. Phil Simons then joined We Know Training in 2020 as their Director of Learning Design. Phil later transitioned to the position of Director of Project Strategy in August 2022. Throughout their career, Phil Simons has gained extensive expertise in project strategy and learning design.

Phil Simons attended the University of Alberta from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
