Tim Ericson

Tim Ericson is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in acquiring and managing small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As the Founder of Shareholder Ventures since 2022, Tim focuses on acquiring stable, cash-flowing SMBs while supporting aspiring acquisition entrepreneurs. Currently, Tim owns We Rent Copiers, acquired in 2023, and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Custom Designs, where Tim invested through the SMB Fund. Previously, Tim founded Committed Ventures to successfully acquire We Rent Copiers, and Tim was the Founding CEO of Zagster, where Tim developed a significant bike-sharing business across the United States. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and a high school diploma from Bergen County Academies.
