Anna Chu

Anna Chu currently serves as the Executive Director of We The Action since September 2022. Previously, Anna held multiple leadership roles at the National Women's Law Center from May 2016 to June 2022, including Vice President for Strategy and Policy and Vice President for Income Security and Education. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President for Policy and Research at the Center for American Progress Action Fund, Director of the Middle Out Economic Program at the Center for American Progress, and various policy positions at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and U.S. House of Representatives Democratic Caucus. Anna began a legal career as an Associate at Paul Hastings and as a Law Clerk for former Chief Judge Jane A. Restani. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.
