Greg Hoy

Greg Hoy has a diverse work experience starting in 2002 as the Principal of Greg Hoy Interactive Design & Usability Consulting. Greg then worked as a Lead Designer at Electronic Ink in 2004 before moving on to become the Executive Vice President at Pixelworthy in 2005. From 2006 to 2018, Greg held various roles at Happy Cog, including President, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal. In 2012, they co-founded the Bureau of Digital, an organization for digital agencies and creative professionals. Greg also served as the Marketing Operations Manager at Helms Workshop from 2019 to 2021. In 2019, they became a Co Publisher at The Swarthmorean, a community newspaper, and a Trustee at the Swarthmore Centennial Foundation. Greg's most recent role is as the Director of Operations at We The Collective, starting in 2023.

Greg Hoy attended Great Valley High School from 1984 to 1988. Greg then went on to Gettysburg College, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from 1988 to 1992.
