Rita Krinetz

Rita Krinetz is an experienced professional currently serving as an R&D Innovation Student at Sharon Personal Care since May 2024. Rita leads and coaches a team of program managers as the Entrepreneurship Programs Manager for WE - Women Entrepreneurship, a role held since July 2021. Rita also operates a fine jewelry business since May 2016, and previously contributed to Bendit Technologies as an eQMS team member from July 2022 to March 2023, as well as working as an ML trainer at Infibond for a brief period in 2020. Rita's early career includes significant experience as a Radar Technician and team leader for the Iron Dome program from September 2013 to May 2016. Rita is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in physics and biology at The Open University of Israel, expected to complete in February 2025, and attended a program at Harvard Medical School in January 2023.
