Debbie Langridge has a diverse background in human resources and has held various HR business partner roles in companies such as Wealden District Council, Freedom Leisure, Ark, Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, Amicus Horizon Housing Group, and Rother Homes. Debbie currently serves as the People & OD Manager at Wealden District Council. Langridge pursued their degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Brighton after attending Sir Harry Smith Community College in Cambs.
