Terry Humphrey

Terry Humphrey is a founder, psychologist, and lead consultant at Think Possible Psychology, established in July 2019 to support neurodiversity in work and education. With a focus on enhancing the experiences of the neurodiverse community, Terry has contributed to various roles, including associate psychologist and assessor at Genius Within CIC, and psychologist and consultant for Wealden District Council. Terry's expertise encompasses psychological assessments, coaching, and awareness training related to neurominority inclusion. Previous roles include providing psychological support at Survivors' Network and serving as a data gatherer case handler at Momenta Operations. Terry holds an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology, both from the University of East London.
