CHRISTELLE ROBERTSON is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at UNICEF, where CHRISTELLE focuses on Talent Management for Deputy Representative positions. Prior to this, CHRISTELLE had experience working as an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist in both private practice and their independent practice, specializing in psychometric testing and career coaching. CHRISTELLE also has experience in developing assessment measures and assisting in the creation of testing tools for the United Nations. Christelle holds a Master's Degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from Nelson Mandela University.
