Kayla Ferguson

Kayla Ferguson is a versatile professional with extensive experience in financial services, nonprofit management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Financial Services Representative at Wealth Strategies and a Board Member at Sun Valley Kitchen + Community Center, Kayla also holds positions as a Marketing Contractor for Ferguson Pyatt Architects, Inc. and a Communications Specialist for FRIENDS OF BIG BEAR VALLEY. As a founding member of Women In Sustainability and a former Financial Educator at WealthWave, Kayla focuses on financial literacy and community development. Previously, Kayla was the Senior Program Manager at the Davis Phinney Foundation, where significant achievements included the successful relaunch of a national fitness program for Parkinson's patients and the creation of a groundbreaking national community grant program. With a background in sustainability consulting and entrepreneurship, including founding The Same Plate, Kayla has a strong foundation in program management and capacity building, supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University.
