Shamindra Perera is an accomplished entrepreneur and investment management professional with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Founder of EXcubed since 2017, Shamindra Perera focuses on enabling business-led digitization for investment management organizations without altering legacy systems. In addition, Shamindra is a Co-Founder of WealthOS, a cloud-native platform enhancing digital wealth management offerings, and serves as a Director at LYNEAR Wealth Management. Prior experience includes a decade at Russell Investments as Managing Director, where significant contributions were made to the fiduciary management business, and positions at Asia Capital PLC, Seylan Merchant Bank, and CDIC. Shamindra Perera holds a Master of Arts in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
