Sota Yamaji

Souta Yamaji has extensive experience in corporate planning and business development, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Corporate Planning at WealthPark Co., Ltd. since March 2019. Yamaji has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including SVP of Corporate Planning and SVP of Business Development. Prior to joining WealthPark, Yamaji worked at Recruit Jobs Co., Ltd. from April 2008 to June 2017, where various titles included Manager of Business Strategy and Manager of Sales Agency Administration, and also had a brief tenure at Recruit Career Co., Ltd. as Manager of Strategy Development. Yamaji holds a Master of Business Administration from GLOBIS University, achieved between 2013 and 2016, and a degree from Ritsumeikan University, completed in 2008.
