Micah Brubaker-Zehr

Micah Brubaker-Zehr is an operations leader with extensive experience in team management and strategic development. Currently serving as a Transfers Associate in Special Projects at Wealthsimple since May 2023, Micah was previously the Manager of Operations from June 2018 to June 2022, overseeing a team responsible for significant transfer volumes and focusing on automation and business growth. Earlier roles include founding KW French Tutoring, where a Human-Centred Design approach led to serving over 200 clients and employing more than 15 instructors. Micah has also held positions as a teaching assistant and manager with a focus on fostering relationships with Indigenous communities and promoting effective French language education through innovative methods. Micah holds an Honours degree in French from the University of Waterloo.
