Shannon Thieke

Shannon Thieke is an undergraduate student at Boston College pursuing a degree in Economics, with an expected graduation in 2024. Currently serving as a Sales and Marketing Intern and Sponsorship Scout at Boston College, Shannon is also an Apprentice with WISE (Women in Sports and Events, Inc.) and a Fitness Attendant at Boston College Campus Recreation. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Partnership Intern at New England Free Jacks®, where Shannon utilized software to secure sponsorships, and an Intern with the National STEM Honor Society, gaining experience in a remote work environment. Additionally, Shannon has demonstrated leadership as Head Swim Team Coach for the Town of Hempstead Government, managing a large team and leading them to a league championship, and worked as a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, holding certifications in Water Safety and First Aid.
