Aleksandra Malinowska

Aleksandra Malinowska has extensive experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, currently serving as a Sourcing Team Leader at AMS since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading teams for high-profile clients like Johnson & Johnson and Rolls-Royce across multiple countries. Prior to AMS, Aleksandra owned and managed an English and German language school, Leader School Nowoczesne Metody Nauczania, where managerial duties involved overseeing over 10 teachers and servicing 200 students annually. Additionally, Aleksandra has experience as a translator and language consultant, providing support in English language communications for various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw and a post-graduate degree in Economic and Legal Translations from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk.
