Craig Hunter

Craig Hunter is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition and sourcing, currently serving as the Global Head of Sourcing - Centre of Excellence at AMS since March 2022. In this role, Craig spearheads initiatives in Sourcing Enablement, Global Best Practices, and Innovation to enhance how clients attract and hire top talent. Prior to AMS, Craig held several leadership positions at Hays from November 2016 to March 2022, including EMEA & UK Head of Sourcing and Global Director of Sourcing & Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed driving sourcing strategy and innovation. Craig's extensive experience also includes positions at Colt Technology Services, Priory Group, Yell.com, Rolls-Royce, Reed, and Adecco, highlighting a consistent focus on developing successful recruitment strategies and enhancing employer branding across various industries.
