Ewa Smist

Ewa Smist is a Lead Specialist in Recruitment Administration at AMS, working on behalf of Thermo Fisher Scientific since March 2018. In April 2023, Ewa began taking on additional responsibilities in the end-to-end recruitment process. Ewa serves as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and Client Services teams. Prior roles include Senior Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Administrator/Talent Acquisition Sourcer focused on delivering support to Hiring Managers and candidates across Europe, with an emphasis on enhancing diversity and candidate experience. Ewa's previous experience includes a customer service role at Locker InPost Italia from October 2014 to February 2018. Ewa holds a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
