With over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition outsourcing and consulting, Jo-Ann leads the evolution of AMS's services and product offerings while establishing the company as a trusted expert in Talent Acquisition Technology. Jo-Ann also holds the position of Board Director, Global Client Partner, contributing to strategic planning and leadership efforts. Previous roles include Global Head of Client Services for Credit Suisse and various leadership positions delivering recruitment process outsourcing in Europe. Jo-Ann's educational background includes a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from University College Dublin.
