Joanna Simankowicz

Joanna Simankowicz is an experienced Learning & Development Operations and Technology Manager with a robust background in training and team management at AMS since May 2017. Joanna oversees the implementation of e-learning design, manages digital learning technologies, and develops training programs for various employee levels. Prior roles include managing the Learning and Development administrative team and leading sourcing initiatives at notable organizations such as Rolls-Royce and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Joanna holds multiple master's degrees in Polish Philology and Teaching Polish as a Foreign Language from Jagiellonian University and has a solid foundation in customer service and hospitality management.
