Judy Ellis

Judy Ellis is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) with extensive experience in consulting and academia. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of DEIB Advisory at AMS since January 2021, Judy leads a global team focused on developing integrated DEIB strategies, training, diagnostics, and organizational culture assessments. As an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, Judy teaches Workforce Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, sharing expertise developed over years, including founding Think People, where DEI initiatives were crafted for various sectors. Judy co-founded Integrity Development Corp, providing award-winning DEIB solutions for organizations, and began a career at Procter & Gamble, managing corporate communications and recruitment. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and executive training from Cornell University.
