Katherine Sarmiento

Katherine Sarmiento has extensive experience in recruitment administration, currently serving in various leadership roles at AMS since June 2016, including Team Leader and Principal, where responsibilities encompass supporting talent acquisition through job requisitions, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Prior to AMS, Katherine worked as a Corporate Admin and Executive Assistant at Global Restaurant Concepts, Inc., where duties involved managing permits, executive calendars, and administrative tasks. Earlier roles included Senior Operations Specialist at MicroSourcing, Assistant Executive Secretary at Seaboard Eastern Insurance Co., Inc., and Administrative Assistant at Institutional Synergy, Inc. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed between 2000 and 2004.
