Madeleine Blackburn

Madeleine Blackburn serves as the Commercial Managing Director at Alexander Mann Solutions, overseeing the UK & Ireland and EMEA regions since September 2020, while also leading the Commercial Centre of Excellence. Blackburn has extensive experience in developing flexible commercial agreements for transformational outsourcing solutions, negotiating high-value global outsourcing agreements, and providing commercial education for leadership teams. Prior roles within AMS include Head of Commercial Operations and Global Head of Client Services. In addition, Blackburn is a Trustee and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee for the London Early Years Foundation. Prior to this, Blackburn held senior recruitment roles at Clifford Chance and Hudson, and began the career in business-to-business sales at Legalease. Blackburn earned a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
