Magdalena Walter

Magdalena Walter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, currently serving as a Team Leader and Principal Sourcing Specialist at the European Investment Bank since April 2020. In this role, Magdalena coordinates a team of sourcing specialists, focusing on performance management, team development, and process improvement. Prior to this, Magdalena held similar positions at AMS and Triumph International, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, talent pool management, and utilizing innovative sourcing methods. Additionally, Magdalena has experience in educational roles, teaching English and Polish as a foreign language. Magdalena holds a Magister degree from Jagiellonian University and a CELTA certification from the British Council.
