Maria Sokal

Maria Sokal has extensive experience in recruitment administration and learning and development, currently serving as a Manager at AMS since January 2014. Maria's work involves supporting the implementation of new solutions for recruitment processes, training, and process improvement for operational teams. Previous roles at HSBC and Microsoft include responsibilities in recruitment coordination, process documentation, and operational management. Maria has also gained valuable experience in project coordination and customer service through various positions in organizations such as Z-TECH and Massolit. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Jagiellonian University and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of the National Education Commission, along with an exchange program at Maastricht University.
