Mariya Slavova

Mariya Slavova is an experienced professional specializing in talent acquisition and executive search, currently serving as Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at MSD Österreich and AMS since March 2018. Prior to these roles, Mariya held the position of Director of Research & Consulting at Ward Howell International from October 2013 to November 2017, and worked as a Senior Research Consultant at Signium International, contributing to various projects in executive search. Mariya began the career at Pedersen & Partners as an Assistant & Research Associate and has advanced through various roles in the field of talent acquisition since 2007. Mariya holds a Master's degree in HR Management, Change Management, and Management Development from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
