Nana Berchie

Nana Berchie currently serves as the Global Head of Strategic, Change Communications and Cultural Experiences at AMS, a position held since November 2024, focusing on business transformation and change management. Previously, Nana was the Founder and Managing Director at Shield Consulting from May 2024 to October 2024, emphasizing culture change and executive leadership. Prior experience includes roles at Arcadis as Global People Director for Diversity, Belonging and Human Rights, and Global Internal Communications & Engagement Director from April 2015 to April 2024, along with a tenure at Hyder Consulting as Group Head of Communications & Sustainability from February 2011 to April 2015. Nana’s early career includes serving as Senior Stakeholder Communications Lead at NHS. Educational qualifications include an MA in International Design, Culture and Communications Management from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Business and Management from Brunel University of London.
