Nick Butcher is an experienced professional in the recruitment and consulting industry, currently serving as the Client Partnering Director at AMS since January 2013, where strategic improvement initiatives have been led across a diverse client portfolio to enhance talent acquisition and workforce outcomes. Prior to AMS, Nick held the position of Interim Director at CyberTeam Resource Management, focusing on strategic initiatives for ownership transition, and has performed various consulting and interim roles since early 2012. Nick also served as Director at Arrows Group, managing operations across multiple sectors, and as CEO of Capital International, specializing in IT staffing for industries including aerospace and defence.
