Nicole Brender A Brandis

Nicole Brender A Brandis serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy Consulting for Talent Advisory at AMS since July 2022. Concurrently, Nicole has been the President of Transcend Talent, LLC since April 2015, focusing on workforce planning and talent strategies for healthcare clients. Previous roles include Human Capital - Workforce Transformation at Deloitte Consulting from October 2016 to June 2022, and Director of Talent Acquisition at University of Colorado Health from December 2013 to May 2015, where integration and standardization of recruiting processes were key focuses. Additionally, Nicole was the Global Talent Acquisition Director at CH2M Hill from October 2006 to December 2013, collaborating with HR leaders on recruiting strategies and leadership training. Nicole holds a Business degree from Arizona State University and completed an Executive Education program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
