Pag Miles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the human capital and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global SVP of Growth - Alliances at AMS, Pag has also contributed as a judge for HR tech start-ups at UNLEASH and for the Employee Engagement Awards. Previously, Pag held the position of Human Capital Digital Technology Lead at Deloitte UK and has a notable tenure at IBM, where responsibilities included Worldwide Leader in People Analytics and European Sales Leader for both HCM Enterprise and HCM Mid Market divisions.
