Porsha Alexander

Porsha Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting and talent operations. Currently serving as the Recruiting and Talent Operations Manager for the Americas at AMS since January 2022, Porsha previously held multiple roles at Accenture, including Recruiting Manager, Strategy Campus Recruiting Associate Manager, and MBA Recruiter from June 2017 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Recruiting Relationship Manager at The Wharton School and Program Coordinator at Wharton Executive Education, as well as roles in employee relations and corporate event planning in earlier positions. Porsha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Studio Art from the University of Pennsylvania and West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
