Rebecca Sykes

Rebecca Sykes has extensive experience in strategy consulting and operations transformation, particularly as the Head of Strategy Consulting and Head of Operations Transformation and Strategy at AMS from September 2016 to October 2022. In these roles, Rebecca focused on business transformation programs, driving efficiency and innovation within AMS’ global operations. Prior to AMS, Rebecca was a Recruitment Manager at both the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and the Cabinet Office, overseeing recruitment functions. Additionally, Rebecca worked as an Executive Search Consultant in Banking and Finance at CNA International Ltd. Rebecca studied Garden Design at The London College of Garden Design, earning a diploma, and holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Bedfordshire.
