Ryan Gibson, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced professional in early career recruitment and talent management, currently serving as Manager of Early Career Programs at both AMS and Synchrony since February 2023. Previously, Ryan held several key positions at Pendo.io, Cisco, SAS, and other organizations, building strategic recruiting programs, managing university relations, and enhancing employer branding to attract top talent. Education includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
